On Saturday, May 31, join your friends and neighbors from
7 p.m. – 9 p.m. at the Clarkdale Town Park to kick off Clarkdale’s free Summer Concerts in the Park series. The first concert will feature Local Honey, a reggae band laying down a mixture of original and surprising cover tunes, all done in a reggae style with a dash of funk, rhythm and blues, and jam rock.
Local Honey is not new to the Arizona music scene. They are made up of members from other Arizona bands such as Keith Okie and Rebel Sol, The Eleventh Hour, Dulce Vita, and Flash Molasses. Local Honey has worked hard to craft a groovy and unique sound that comes out in their performances. They play a mixture of original songs as well as covers with a surprising reggae twist! Come dance along!
The 50/50 raffle is back this year! The full concert schedule is available on the Town of Clarkdale website, www.clarkdale.az.gov. Bring your chairs, water, and snacks, or plan to visit one of the local restaurants or concert vendors. Dogs are welcome on a leash and under control and please remember alcohol is not permitted in the park.
The Clarkdale Parks and Recreation Department thanks State Farm Agent Jennifer Griffin for being the 2025 Concerts in the Park sponsor!
