Dynamic Yoga Flow

Krystal incorporates dynamic flowing movements with deep breathing to create a safe and fun environment to practice in.

With over 20 years in the healing arts, Krystal began her journey in massage therapy before discovering vinyasa power yoga.

Krystal dedicated years to her own practice before committing to a 200-hour teacher training at Power Yoga University where she quickly adapted the power of intentional movement and breath for a strong body and nurtured spirit.
