A bold blend of 16, 12, and 7-year ryed bourbons finished in Oloroso Sherry casks from Spain’s Sherry Triangle. Deep, rich, and subtly sweet.
Paired with: A refreshing salad of arugula, strawberries, and candied walnuts, finished with a strawberry vinaigrette — bright, nutty, and vibrant.

A milestone bourbon, double-finished in Cabernet Franc and Merlot barrels. Balanced, silky, and fruit-forward.
