A River Runs Through Us: Paddling the Connecticut River

Join Maggie Monroe-Cassel as she recounts a two-week canoe expedition down the Connecticut River.

This year’s trip was unlike any other this duo has taken. Maggie will share what it’s like to paddle a river you see every day, the joys and challenges of portaging major dams, and what sleeping on the ground for two weeks does to your sense of adventure—and your back.
