Join us for an engaging and educational community event exploring 10 Constitutional Concepts in Recent News. This informative session will help participants better understand key legal terms and principles frequently mentioned in today’s headlines—from due process, 1st Amendment freedoms, executive orders vs. laws, and more.

Led by a knowledgeable facilitator, former attorney Rev. Sonia Dunbar, this nonpartisan discussion will clarify the constitutional language used in current events and provide space for open questions and thoughtful conversation. Our goal is to foster legal literacy and civic understanding—not political debate. All are welcome to come learn and leave more informed.

This program is offered as part of The Well Collaborative NH's goals to preserve our heritage and foster inclusivity and community through educational, creative and wellness programming.

About the Presenter:
Sonia Dunbar is a former attorney and instructor for the Community College of Vermont, where she taught their Introduction to the Constitution course. Now an ordained Interfaith-Interspiritual minister, she focuses her ministry on the intersection of faith and social action. She is a past Minister of Spiritual Life at First Congregational Church in Claremont and is currently serving the Second Congregational Church UCC in Hyde Park, VT.
