It’s finally here! as you may have heard Kadina Country Fire Service is looking for new recruits to join our team and help us protect our community for the 2025/2026 fire season and beyond.
Lets recap on what we have been saying over the last few months:
As a member of the SA Country Fire Service, you'll receive comprehensive training and the opportunity to work with the latest firefighting equipment and technology. You'll learn how to operate fire trucks, handle hoses, use advanced equipment to extinguish flames and rescue people from danger and much more.
But firefighting isn't just about fighting fires. You'll also assist with fundraising for the brigade and participate in educational visits to schools and daycare centres and respond to a range of emergency situations. Whether it's a structure fire, a car accident, a medical emergency, or a natural disaster, you'll be there to help.
And the best part? You'll be part of a close-knit team of firefighters who share your passion for helping others and making a difference. You'll forge lifelong friendships, gain valuable skills, and have the opportunity to make a real impact in your community.
