What does this entail?
To be honest, Lately I never fully know till I'm doing it. I let my Spirit Team guide me more in these sessions. There will be crystals laid on the body(in-person) or on a proxy board using the one to many method(for distance participants). I will be cleansing energy as well as sending Reiki energy. There will be some Somatic Practices before and after the crystal body lay. This will probably include Breathwork, Thought/Journal Prompts, and some body movements.
What you need to bring or have beside you at home(distance participants):
*Water
*Notebook/Journal with pen
*Comfortable clothes for laying down
Cost is $35 for either in-person or remote.
Only communicate with myself, Sharon Russell or Rebekah at Skye Apothecary to claim your spot in-person or to purchase your remote session.
In-person participants are very limited and you will pay for your spot just before or right after on the day of event. But you MUST tell us you want a spot in order for you to have one that day. comment below or call 205-224-6827.
