Portland Gold Prospector's August Meeting

August meeting of the Portland Gold Prospectors is Sunday, August 17 at 1:30. We meet at the Sunnyside Grange. This is a free club to attend, guests and visitors are always welcome to join us.
We will have a special guest who will be discussing Mining Claims, and all things pertinent to mineral claims.
Club member and Veteran Jim Erwin will give a presentation on the Honor Flight he was able to take. This should be interesting to hear about, and I would encourage any Veterans who qualify for an honor flight to talk with Jim.
Our most recent tractor operator, "Shrek" will be giving a short talk on Dry washers. If you have an interest or curiosity about catching gold without water, this is for you.
Refreshments are sure to be delicious. The raffle table will be HOTT! Bring your blue bags, and prepare to see old and new friends. SEE YOU THERE!
