The dates are September 5-7, 2025
We are moving back to the Monarch. They remodeled the Monarch as they are in the process of selling to a major hotel chain. All spaces and rooms have been remodeled. There is FREE PARKING and Wi-Fi. Plus, the Room Rate is better, and they have an airport shuttle. Room Rates will be $169+ per night, free parking, free wifi and 10% OFF in the restaurant.
For the last 3 years I have wanted to have some sort of presentations in the vending hall and this year we will have this. Each Afternoon we will have 3 FREE presentations happening in the vending hall. These presentations will be about 45 minutes with a break between to allow shopping. These FREE PRESENTATIONS will be open to the attendees and public.
As for the Main Presentations, The Keynotes will have 90 minutes and Featured Speakers an hour. Between each presentation there will be a 30-minute break and 90-minute lunch break. Also, this year there will only be one presentation happening at a time unlike years in the past where there were 2 or 3 presentations happening at a time. This will give attendees more time to shop.
Friday vending time will be 2pm to 8pm and Saturday and Sunday will be 10am to 6pm. Friday and Saturday presentations will end at 5:30pm and Sunday at 4pm leaving time to shop and get readings.
There will be afterhour events everyone will be invited to join the fun like BINGO and DISCO
