Warming winter retreat: A rebalancing journey through the chakras 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️

As we transition into winter, our November retreat focuses on our inner world, allowing in what we need to shift energy and find space, exploring our chakras using yoga asanas, breathwork and meditation to aid rebalance, bringing awareness, movement and stillness, to fine tune, to rest, relax and recalibrate, beneficial to our nervous system and our overall wellbeing.

During this mini-retreat, we will allow plenty of time to explore the energy centres, to journal, to enjoy a guided meditation and restorative poses and take time for ourselves for reconnection, for self care, for coming home.

2pm to 5.30pm at Fenton's Community Centre. £49 per person. Open to all, including those who are new to yoga. Gift vouchers available. 🙏🙏🙏
