Rooted Energy mini-retreat: Exploring Muladhara Chakra

Following on from our recent 'Journey through the Chakras' retreat, this is the first in a series of seven chakra (energy centre) retreats for 2026. We will first be exploring muladhara chakra, our root chakra, with the intention of centering, grounding, stabilising and visualising, with both movement and stillness, breathwork and guided meditation, re-energising and resting. Thus three-hour informal and friendly mini-retreat is open to all, and as always, includes tea, coffee and cake, as well as all yoga equipment and props. £45.
