Jo and Caroline are co-hosting this full day retreat, offering an opportunity for calm, creativity and community.  After a tea or coffee to welcome you, and a short meditation, we'll be slumping rolled-out clay into a shallow dish, brushing it with coloured slip (we're going with blues, as the title suggests!) then as it dries, we'll have a gentle yoga practice and lunch break. In the afternoon, a meditative session scraping back the soft clay to reveal a pattern, by exposing the white clay underneath, as well as a yoga nidra (guided relaxation) for deep rest.  Approximate timings are 10.30 to 17.00, with tea, coffee, snacks, all materials and yoga equipment provided. Glaze firing included. (Bring your own light lunch).  £95 per person. Gift vouchers are available. Please contact either of us to book.
