Free yoga class - give it a try?

A free yoga class for anyone who would like to try one of my classes before joining for the term. A chance to come along and see if it's for you. Beginners welcome. Classes are open to all. Relaxed, informal, welcoming. Please get in touch if you have questions and / or to book your place.

Tuesday 09.15 - 10.15
Tuesday 19.00 - 20.00
Friday 11.15 - 12.15
Friday 17.30 - 18.30
