Sam Manson Intermediate Sessions

Intermediate paddle sessions are back.

Wednesday mornings at Intermediate paddle sessions are back. Wednesday mornings at 6:45am-7:45am.

A four-week block from 21st May to 18th June. Then a 5-week block from 23rd July to 27th August.

Save the dates.

We head upstream towards the city where it is more sheltered and no rowing boats.

Session includes group friendly drills, skills and intervals at an intermediate level.

Be on the water by 6:45am at latest and meet at the first UPSTREAM bridge at by 6:55am. Off the water by 7:45am.
