Move for Good is a fun morning of movement, connection, and wellness β all in support of Rotary Community projects.
Stretch, strengthen, and share a cuppa with like-minded friends, while raising funds to help our community thrive.
Weβre powered by people of action β and right now, we need your action.

Each session is 45 minutes, followed by organic tea, coffee & healthy snacks:
βοΈ 9:00 β 9:45 am β Sunrise Tai Chi
Start the day with gentle, flowing movements to awaken your body and calm your mind.
π 10:15 β 11:00 am β Core & Balance
Strengthen your centre and improve stability with safe, functional exercises.
πͺ11:30 β 12:15 pm β Pair Power
Team up for a fun, light-hearted partner workout that builds strength and connection.

Jingjing β Tai Chi and Fitness Instructor, with international teaching experience across China, the UK, and New Zealand.
Pru β 13-time international fitness champion and powerhouse Personal Trainer who makes movement fun and accessible.
