Join Foraging and Growing Corner for a fun and family-friendly event at Richmond Community Garden, where we’ll explore new plants and learn about foraging! Our walk will begin at the Fungi Farm (it is the area at the river end of Evelyn cousins, with wooden mushroom sculptures that is sometimes fenced).
This engaging workshop, guided by Inga from The Foraging and Growing Corner, will introduce you to the world of wild plants, their uses, and how foraging can support a healthier and more sustainable lifestyle. Whether you're new to foraging or already have some knowledge, you’ll discover fascinating insights into plant life, wild food, natural medicine, and even plant-based building and crafting materials.
