This 10-week course is designed for beginners and intermediate students . Whether you’ve had some experience with Tai Chi or Qi Gong, or if you’re brand new to it, don’t worry! Jingjing will guide you every step of the way. If you’re a complete beginner, expect to put in a little extra home practice to help your body build muscle memory.
For Tutor Jingjing myself, the 24-Form Tai Chi holds a special place in my heart. I first learned it over three months with my martial arts Sifu back in my hometown, practicing daily. It’s the same routine my family and I share every morning. My Sifu and my aunt always said, “Before you learn anything else, learn the 24-form Tai Chi. And if you can only learn one routine, this is your Tai Chi for life.”
