Join us for a nourishing evening of gentle movement, sound healing, self-pampering and mindfulness. This is your invitation to flow with the present moment and come home to yourself.

You’ll be guided through simple Qigong practices to calm the mind, awaken the senses, and balance your energy. Qi Gong, means cultivating vitality (mauri).

Expect to leave feeling more grounded, centred, and full of quiet and joyful vitality.
