What’s Happening:

- 7.45 AM Yoga Flow: An energizing & warming session to start your day right.

- 8.15 AM Breath Practice

- Optional Cold Water Dip: Cool off and connect with your community.

- Posh Porridge: Treat yourself to their famous, delicious porridge, available for purchase after practice

Tips for Practicing Yoga at the Beach:

Bring Layers: Mornings can be chilly, so wear comfortable layers you can remove as you warm up.

BYO Mat: A thicker mat or towel can help with the sand.

Hydrate: Bring a water bottle to stay refreshed.

Sunscreen: Even in the early morning, protect your skin.

Arrive Early: Settle in, enjoy the view, and connect with the community.
