Naturopathy & Nutrition for mental well being with Beccy Jones on Tue 8th July at the Garden Studio

Ladies of Heapey, Chorley and surrounding areas, we have a fabulous evening of sharing and learning with the wonderful Beccy Jones, one of our most popular guest speakers, who describes herself as a Scientist with a bit of "Woo woo".

Beccy has a bio medical science background and has also trained in other holistic approaches to health.

She will share with us, how using Naturopathy and Nutrition can help us to ensure that we look after our Mental Wellbeing and ways to improve it. (more details to follow)
