Nature Immersion with Mindfulness - Chorley, Lancs

Join us for Nature Immersion where we will explore nature through the embodied, creative, sensory experience of mindfulness.

Set in the beautiful grounds of Brinscall Hall, surrounded by the Lancashire hills. We will spend the day outside in an intimate connection with nature through:

Nature Crafts Exploring the Inner World
Silent Mindful Woodland Walk
Buddhism & Deep Ecology
A Campfire- the Heart of the Community

The nearest train station is Chorley- pick up is available from the station to the venue. Approximately a 35 minute drive from Manchester.
