Be the first to find out about the courses, groups and activities taking place in the St Laurence's Wellness Hub from September 2025 -February 2026.
Join us from 11.30am until 1pm, for refreshments and to chat with course leaders and group providers about the sessions.
Sign ups are available on the day!
You are welcome to bring along a friend, colleague or someone you are supporting also. All are welcome.
