About the event

You May Dream in Chomutov
Below you will find the text in German and English.

You May Dream in Chomutov – CZ
Vernisáž výstavy umělců a umělkyň z Britské Kolumbie (Kanada), inspirovaných tvorbou Karla Friedricha Maye a současnými příběhy Krušných hor, Hohenstein-Ernstthalu, Hohndorfu, Chomutova a Chemnitzu. Představí se tvůrci z oblastí Okanagan, Shuswap a z Vancouveru, kteří – podobně jako kdysi Karl May – vytvářeli svou představu míst, která osobně nenavštívili, v duchu hesel You May Dream a May It Happen.

Návštěvu výstavy v Chomutově doporučujeme propojit se zhlédnutím výstavy You May Dream in HOT, která začíná 20. září v Hohenstein-Ernstthalu.

You May Dream in Chomutov – DE

You May Dream in Chomutov – EN
Opening of an exhibition by artists from British Columbia (Canada), inspired by the works of Karl Friedrich May and contemporary stories from the Ore Mountains, Hohenstein-Ernstthal, Hohndorf, Chomutov and Chemnitz. Featured artists from the Okanagan, Shuswap and Vancouver regions – much like Karl May once did – created their vision of places they had never visited themselves, in the spirit of You May Dream and May It Happen.

We recommend combining your visit to the exhibition in Chomutov with the exhibition You May Dream in HOT, opening on 20 September in Hohenstein-Ernstthal.
