Gentle, playful, and deeply restorative — this 60–90 minute experience at Goat Barn Farm blends somatic movement with the joy of baby goats.

You’ll bottle-feed and snuggle the littles, learn about goats, and ease into movement designed to melt stress and unwind tension — all in the company of curious baby goats bouncing around, climbing into your lap, and playfully hopping onto your back.

End with a stop at the farmstand to purchase goat milk ice cream and a variety of other treats, to take home — savoring the sweetness long after you leave.

No experience needed. Just bring a yoga mat, your curiosity and a sense of fun and adventure — and let the baby goat magic do the rest.
