Sunday night karate, ages 11+

Karate every Sunday evening, all welcome, but aimed at the ages of 11 upwards.

All aspects of martial arts covered, including weapons, sparring, self defence, as well as what you’d expect from karate(kata, kicks, punches etc).

All instructors and members of the British Karate Association, and most with over 20 years of training behind them.
