The Art of Creative Calm
Monthly sessions held at the Discover Yoga Discover You Studio at Goldney House, Chipping Sodbury.

Beth, artist and meditation teacher of "Peace, Pencils and Portraits" will be introducing you to a unique combination of ways to find peace and calm. We will practice mindful drawing, mudras, and relaxations along with other creative approaches, as we take a look across topics such as elements, chakras and nature.

A chance on a Sunday afternoon to take a moment and reset for your week ahead.
