Calm & Creative Day III: Fire

Held at St Lawrence Catholic Church Hall, Chipping Sodbury High Street.

Following the success of our first mini retreat along the theme of Air......we have arranged another , yay ! And this time on the theme of Fire....

There will be self care with Jenny, easing you into the calm for the day, before.....

Surprising yourself with stories you never knew were in you, as Marie inspired and prompts you in creative writing, and then.....

Swapping your writing pen for fine liners and pencils, Beth will guide you in mindful drawing and an artwork to ground you ...

There will be hot and cold drinks, pastries & light refreshments provided.

No experience or skill in writing or drawing is required, as it will be all about the process. There will be absolutely no judgement or critiques and you will be guided in every step.
