This is time for you to fully relax and recharge.
I will have Sage burning and happy to sage you individually as well
Relax to two different drum sessions with me drumming over and around you for one and for you to enjoy a type of mediation with the other.
Time afterwards to talk things through if you wish, over a glass of water.
