Breathwork with sound

Come and relax on the mat, allowing your body this time to be.

We start with relaxing you with chakra singing bowls letting the body have time to settle. Then as you settle into your breathing you will hear the drum beats.
We will finish with koshi chimes soothing you back to your body and to coming full back to the room.
We will share a hot drink and discussion and maybe some cards pending on the energy.
