QiGong and reiki day retreat

Come and enjoy being guided through some amazing and gentle yet restorative Qigong with Master Warren.

Then enjoy a restful reiki session as we infused the room with reiki energy and you can relax and just be.

We will be including a home made vegetarian lunch (vegan is available upon request) along with refreshments.

This venue has wonderful views across the country and is a cosy venue.

Please bring a cushion and blanket.
