Family Yoga Class at the Park! 🌈

I absolutely love this time of year! Let’s get outside, connect to Mother Nature and move our bodies! We will practice yoga poses, there’s some singing and dancing, and a lovely time to meditate under the sun ☀️

This is a donation based yoga class- bring what you can! ❤️🙏
I will have plenty of mats but if you have one of your own you are more than welcome to bring it. Don’t forget your water bottles!
