Dance Fit Pop Up Class

Join Autumn Jacobsen for a high-energy Dance Fit pop-up class! Take one or both sessions of this Zumba-inspired workout, which combines upbeat music, easy-to-follow moves, and a fun cardio burn perfect for all fitness levels. Both sessions will be Halloween-themed, so come ready to dance, sweat, and celebrate the spooky season! Costumes are encouraged but not required. Be sure to register in advance at the Welcome Center or online at grandrivery.org/register.
