💜 Guided Meditation (accompanied by a few beautiful Crystal Singing Bowls) 🎵
😴 Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep) 30 minutes of yogic sleep = 4 hours regular sleep & it's amazing! 😴

Cost for this lovely 2hr SELF-CARE SATURDAY for YOU! = 💲30 per person (cash or bank transfer thanks 🙌)

Please note this workshop is suitable for everyone 🤗 Whether you choose to enjoy the Relaxation & Yoga Nidra lying down on your yoga mat or sitting comfortably on a chair 🙌
