Join professional writer and certified Journal Therapy Coach Alice Patterson for this 75-minute introduction to free-flow, "wild" journaling. Part instruction, part timed writing activities and instruction. You'll learn the benefits of free-flow journaling and gain a new tool for your self-discovery toolkit!
