CHAT's Nearly Summer Wellness Fair & Music Festival

Get ready to kick off the season with heart and purpose at the Nearly Summer Wellness Fair & Music Festival, hosted by Chico Housing Action Team (CHAT)!

This first-time fundraiser takes place on Sunday, May 25, from 12–6 PM at The Commons Social Empourium. It will bring together local wellness practitioners, community partners, and incredible live music—all in support of affordable housing solutions in our region.

Enjoy performances by Black Fong, Soccer Dads, the CHAT Band, and more, plus browse wellness booths, connect with community organizations, and take part in family-friendly activities in a welcoming, joyful atmosphere. You’ll also have the chance to meet 10+ local vendors from the health and wellness industry who will be sharing and selling their products and services.

Tickets are $20 in advance or $25 at the door.

Kids 10 and under are free.

All proceeds directly support CHAT’s mission to provide safe, dignified housing for those in need.

Whether you come for the music, the connection, or to champion a cause that matters, this is more than just a fair. It’s a celebration of community, compassion, and collective impact.
