‘Embers of Light’ Relaxation Sound/ Gong Bath

This month as we relax to the sound of the Gongs, we focus on maintaining inner warmth, gratitude and calm as days grow colder.

Bathed in the soft resonance of chimes and gongs, you’ll be gently guided into a state of deep rest and reflection. This is an invitation to pause, breathe, and absorb the richness of all you’ve experienced this summer, while making space for the shift ahead.

Whether you’re seeking calm, clarity, or simple presence, this session will support your body, mind, and spirit in transitioning with grace.

No experience necessary, come as you are with a friend or on your own, there will be friendly faces to welcome you.
