Yoga with the horses

Come and spend an evening immersing yourself in nature, ponies and yoga.

This unique opportunity combines the power of nature and the horse with the practise of Yoga.

Spend time with Claire and the meet the herd before you join Samantha in a partitioned off area of the horse field for the yoga practise.

Samantha will be teaching a gentle yoga practice, which will be suitable for mixed abilities. Followed by a simple breathing practice and then a guided meditation.
