Step onto the mat and let the sea breeze guide you into a calming yoga practice that will leave you feeling refreshed and balanced.
Whether you’re seeking a peaceful escape before the day begins or a gentle boost of energy, seaside sessions blend mindful movement along with the soothing rhythm of the waves.

Each class invites you to move through gentle yoga flows, connect with your breath and melt into stillness in Savasana. All abilities are welcome and each session offers something new to explore.

Come just as you are. Please bring a yoga mat (or let me know if you need one), a bottle of water, and wear loose, comfortable clothing. Layers are ideal for the ever-changing British weather.
