St George's Scarecrow Competition

Come and take part in our fabulous scarecrow competition, where you can be as imaginative as you like!

You will be provided with the bare skeleton of your scarecrow - a weighted bucket with a wooden upright and a wooden cross section for building arms on. You'll also be provided with newspaper to help make the shape of your body and a paper bag you can use for your scarecrow head.
You need to bring with you: clothes, hat and any other decorations you want to use to make it look amazing.

Enter individually, as a family, team up with friends, colleagues or your youth group! All welcome - come and see if you can win first prize!

To enter, go to our website and book a ticket - each ticket represents one scarecrow.

Scarecrows will be on display once completed, so that everyone attending the annual Plant Fair that morning can enjoy them.
