Soaking up the rays of summer, by joining my outdoor Pilates retreat evening at the stunning West Dean Gardens on 23rd August from 5pm! 🌿✨
Join me for a revitalising session in the private grounds of West Dean College. Surrounded by the beauty of the South Downs, lush gardens, and peaceful parkland to enjoy exclusively for the evening. Whether you’re looking to improve your strength, flexibility, or just unwind in nature, this is the perfect way to reconnect with your body and mind. All levels welcome-just bring your mat and positive energy!
After an hours Pilates, either wander the private gardens or join a deeper stretch 30 minute session before a delicious locally sourced pic nic and prosecco lunch.
Let’s move, breathe, and relax together in one of Britain’s most beautiful private gardens.
