FREE Singing for Health group

**Do you have high blood pressure?**
**Are you experiencing social isolation?**
**Are you a carer?**
**Are you living with a long term health condition?**

Chichester Wellbeing are funding an inclusive singing group as research shows that group singing can reduce blood pressure, improve mental health and improve perceptions of pain.

It is NOT about being any good at singing or having any experience with singing!

Starting next Monday 24th March **
11:30-12:30 at Chichester Boys' Club on Little London.
