Let’s celebrate the end of summer with a nourishing seaside morning!

We will start with a gentle beach yoga session, connecting to breath and the beauty of the coast. After class, enjoy free time to dip your toes in the sea, unwind in the coastal sauna, try paddleboarding or simply rest and take in the views.

Then, we will gather for a delicious, wholesome plant-based brunch with refreshing drinks and good company.
