RAGEher Chicago - June 2025

RAGEher is a movement and embodiment experience for those who hold womanhood or femmeness in their body story or spirit to express rage.

It’s a space to move scream sob and shake.

To feel what’s been buried.

To reclaim what’s been dismissed.

To be held and witnessed in a community of women who understand.

Grounded in neuroscience. Supported by Rage Doulas with thousands of hours of training and practice in somatics coaching therapy and trauma-informed care. They guide from deep lived experience and deep practice.

We work with your nervous system not against it.

We help your body move through what words cannot say.

To bring compassion to the heat.

So you leave not depleted but resourced.

Together we rewire our relationship to anger—not as something to hide but as a form of truth. Intention. Boundaries. Life force.

This is not about venting.

This is about transformation.

We center connection consent and care. We know healing doesn’t happen alone. It happens together.
