Join in on the fun and get fit with all-new Free Mvmt Shop Dance Cardio + Sculpt classes at Gallagher Way.

Dance Cardio + Sculpt with Free Mvmt Shop classes are offered on Fridays at 7 a.m, starting May 16. Attendees are encouraged to stop by one of our neighborhood eateries afterwards for a post-workout pick-me-up!

-All participants must fill out a fitness waiver in advance through the website or on site. You only have to fill it out once and it's good all summer, for any class! https://bit.ly/3y0EcOx
-Bring your own water bottle and mat, sweat towel optional. Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in.
