Come flow, dance and skate in a former T.J. Maxx! Experience the good vibes at this skate-centric rave in the South Loop neighborhood of Chicago.

Lace up your roller skates or inline skates, and bring your ripsticks, flow props, and yoga mats and let your inner child play in 18,000sqft with an open floor plan and designated spaces for dancers/shuffle, flow jam, skating rink, and vintage vendors. There will also be an area of turf available for other kinds of play like AcroYoga and Contact Improv.

Chicago Skate Rave is for those who want an immersive environment to play, socialize and enjoy content creation, skating, dancing, flow and other circus arts.

Important things to note:

*Tickets are pre-sale only until they sell out. Number of tickets available are limited due to space considerations.

*Please pack light and keep your important belongings on your person. We will have self-service coat racks. We will not be responsible for lost or stolen property.

Info: While living and traveling in India and Nepal in 1990, Courtney was fascinated to experience yoga in its birthplace. She has been a lifelong student and teacher of many different styles of yoga since that time.


As a practicing astrologer and educator, Courtney looks to the daily planetary alignments to inspire her classes. As students arrive to class, she checks in with them to see what requests they may have. She then personalizes the class focus to fit both the day’s energy and students’ needs. Asana (Shapes), Pranayama (Breathwork), Mantra (Chants/Focus), Mudra (Hand gestures), and Meditation are all included in Courtney’s classes.
