About the event

Chicago Men’s Embodiment Circle
Join us for our July Chicago Men’s Circle from 1-3p CST as we connect deeply with ourselves and other men who are working on growth, depth, and heart-centered love. Our practice for this month will bring in cacao as a plant medicine to help us keep our hearts open and deeply with ourselves and others.

A Men's Embodiment Circle is a gathering of men who are awakening to become the best versions of themselves, ready to reengage and reimagine masculinity in today's world. It is a safe space for men to explore the depths of the heart and soul with other men as witness, regardless of background or belief system. It is a place to release what no longer serves, share with others who are on the same journey, and expand consciousness alone and as a collective. It is a space to to be free, let go, get out of your head, and learn to embody. It is a dedicated time for you to suspend your daily responsibilities and choose time for you and you alone to do deep somatic work, nervous system training, and learn new tools to bring back into your world. And it is a place to no longer feel alone on this journey towards healing.

Join us on this July afternoon to utilize somatic practices such as meditation, visualization, heart opening, breath, sound, movement, touch, chakra balance, kundalini, chi, and more. We will open the circle by setting an intention, then move into practice, and end in sharing story about the experience and our lives. The circle is sacred and what is spoken and given in the circle does not leave the circle. We will be utilizing breath, meditation, visualizations, holds, energetic explorations, and other somatic practices. This circle will be gentle to safely introduce your body, mind, heart, and spirit to this work. Each month will deepen our practice as we get to know ourselves and each other. We will be heavily utilizing breath and visualizations this upcoming circle.
