Primal Movements & Handstands

Come Learn & Play with Movements!

We will re-learn fundamental nervous system patterns
and
combine them into movement "flows"

We will also enter into "handstand mode"
via
simple movements that train our body
to
sustain our bodyweight upside down
(absolutely no movement or handstand experience required)

Let's get back to **FeeLinG GooD** in all of our movements

We will evolve our movements from super basic to artistic improv

(no experience necessary - we will enjoy ourselves
wherever we are at in our movement abilities)
