Join us for an Energy Rebirth Breathwork Ceremony — a transformational healing journey that blends breath, sound, movement, and intention to help you let go of resentment, soften your heart, and make space for peace.
This is not a passive meditation.
This is a full-bodied experience designed to:

We begin gently — grounding into the body, setting sacred intention — then move into a powerful holotropic-style breathwork journey that builds into emotional release, vocal expression, and energetic liberation. You’ll be held in a safe, sacred container where crying, screaming, shaking, stillness, or silence are all welcome.
Expect to leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more open-hearted — with space inside for something new to bloom.

Rachel Constantino is a Breathwork Therapist, Nervous System Coach, and accredited EFT Practitioner with over 13 years of experience in trauma healing and emotional release work. She is the founder of Energy Rebirth Breathwork — a signature modality that combines breath, sound, energy medicine, and somatic release to guide people into radical self-awareness, emotional liberation, and nervous system repair.
Rachel has held healing ceremonies, retreats, and transformational spaces across Thailand, the U.S, Mexico, Bali, and Nepal. Her presence is often described as grounding, wise, and deeply intuitive.
