Yoga & Crafts for ages 4 - 9

Looking for a not-so-spooky way to celebrate Halloween? This 90-minute workshop is the perfect mix of movement, creativity, and fun!

We’ll roll up our sleeves for a festive Halloween craft to take home, and then we'll enjoy kid-friendly yoga and games to get our bodies moving. Afterward, we'll slow it down with a playful mindfulness practice.

This class is all about celebrating the season in a way that’s lighthearted, engaging, and supportive — no tricks, just treats! 🧘‍♀️✨

🧡 No yoga experience needed—just bring your curiosity (and a costume if you’d like, as long as it’s comfy for movement!)
