Mini Yoga Camp for ages 5 - 10

School’s out, but the fun (and calm) is in session! Join us at GROW for a 3-hour Mini Yoga Camp filled with spooky-season play, creativity, and mindfulness 🎃

This special Halloween-themed camp includes:
🎨 A festive, mindful craft
🤸 Engaging movement and games with a spooky twist
🧘 Kid-friendly yoga and meditation to balance all the fun

Kids will have the chance to stretch their bodies, spark their imaginations, and learn simple tools for relaxation—all in a supportive, playful environment. Costumes are welcome (as long as they’re comfy for movement)!

✨ Perfect for ages 5-10, no yoga experience needed. Just bring a water bottle, comfy clothes, and a spirit of Halloween fun!
